The one hour breakfast

I love the weekend because we get to spend some quality time cooking a delicious breakfast. This was this weekend’s spread, which took about an hour to prep:

Pancakes from scratch (plain and chocolate chip), hash browns done three ways (shredded potato, onion), pepperettes and single-smoked bacon from our local meat producer, bananas, apples, and mango…and an egg from our local egg supplier
